Fees and refund policy
As a licensed employment placement agency, we publish our fees. Candidates never pay a fee; fees are paid by the hiring company. Amounts exclude consumption tax.
Our fees at a glance
- Up to 35% Success fee
- of the wages paid in the first year of employment (fixed-term contracts: the contract period, up to one year). Paid by the employer.
- 3 months Refund window
- Partial refund of the placement fee if the hire leaves for personal reasons. See the refund policy below.
These are our published standard fees; your contract states the fees that apply to you.
The ¥1,000 administration fee applies to each job order.

Refund policy
As a rule, if a candidate we introduced leaves for personal reasons within 3 months of joining, we refund 50% of the placement fee.
