Questions we are often asked

Is your service free for candidates?

Yes. Candidates never pay us. Our fee is paid by the company that hires.

Do I need to speak Japanese?

It depends on the team. Some roles work in English, many need conversational or business Japanese. We tell you each role’s real requirement before you apply.

Will you send my CV to companies without asking?

No. We introduce you to a company only after you agree to that specific role.

How do companies work with you?

A company sends us the role and its must-haves. We search, check candidates and introduce only those who fit. Our success fee is up to 35% of first-year salary plus ¥1,000 per job order; your contract states the actual fee. See the fee table.
